Retrain is a free matching service. We help adults in England find government-funded tech training courses and connect them with approved training providers who can help them take the next step.

We are not a training provider. We do not deliver courses, issue qualifications or employ tutors. Our role is to help you find funded training and make an introduction to a provider that matches your situation.

You may use retrain.org.uk for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use the site to provide false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt or damage the site or its services, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content without our permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the site at any time without notice.

Retrain is completely free for users. We do not charge you to check your eligibility, view courses or be matched with a training provider. There are no hidden fees at any point in the process.

Completing the eligibility check and being matched with a provider does not guarantee that you will receive funded training. Funding availability depends on government programme conditions, your specific circumstances and the provider's own assessment. Final eligibility decisions are made by the training provider, not by Retrain.

We make every effort to show you accurate and up-to-date information, but course availability and funding criteria can change. We recommend confirming the current position directly with any provider you are matched with.

Once we connect you with a training provider, your relationship is with them directly. Each provider has their own terms and conditions, privacy policy and enrolment process, which will apply once you engage with them.

Retrain is not responsible for the actions, omissions or quality of any training provider. Any dispute about a course should be raised directly with the provider.

We work to keep all information on retrain.org.uk accurate and current, including salary data, course details and funding information. However, this information is provided for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial or career advice.

Salary figures are based on publicly available market data and represent typical ranges, not guaranteed outcomes.

All content on retrain.org.uk, including text, design, graphics and code, is owned by or licensed to Retrain. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish any part of it without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Retrain is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on information contained within it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
